Which radio does the Toyota Yaris II have?

The Yaris II (2005–2011, chassis code XP90) was fitted as standard with a Fujitsu Ten radio, also known as Denso Ten. Fujitsu Ten was Toyota's regular OEM supplier for Europe during that period.

The most common model numbers are 86120-0D210 and 86120-0D230 — these are Toyota part numbers found on the sticker on the unit. They are compact 1-DIN units with AM/FM reception and a CD player.

The Toyota Aygo (2005–2021) shares the same PSA/Toyota B-platform as the Peugeot 107 and Citroën C1. The serial number is printed on a white or silver-grey sticker on the side or top of the Fujitsu Ten unit. The sticker contains several numbers — you need the serial number, not the part number.

On Fujitsu Ten units, the serial number typically begins with an alphanumeric sequence that differs from the Toyota part number (86120-XXXXX). Note down the full serial number, including all letters and digits.

Tips for reading it accurately:

  • Use your phone as both a torch and a camera: take a photo and zoom in afterwards to avoid mistakes.
  • Do not confuse the letter I with the digit 1, or the letter O with the digit 0.
  • If the sticker is damaged, contact a Toyota dealer. Using the VIN, they can look up the original serial number and the corresponding code.
